Caretaker ADU 

A place for grandma at Home.

The Caretaker ADU is two dwelling in one.  It provides a studio unit for a caretaker and a one bedroom with living room and kitchenette for the person needing a caretaker.  The caretaker, a nurse, a family member or just a helper, has their own unit, with a private entry.

Mom has her own place, and helper too.

When a caretaker is not needed the two living units can be profitably rented individually.
